Lauretta sour cherry 50% filling
Lauretta chocolate-flavoured filling
Lauretta coconut-flavoured filling

Lauretta black currant 50% filling

icing sugar
sprinkles or other toppings, as desired

Preparation
Prepare cottage cheese doughnuts from a preferred recipe.
Spread Lauretta filling over the top of each doughnut, covering the hole:
• egg liquor-flavoured filling and sour cherry 50% fruit filling
• sour cherry 50% filling
• coconut-flavoured filling and sour cherry 50% fruit filling
• chocolate-flavoured filling
• toffee-flavoured filling and sour cherry 50% fruit filling
Dust chosen doughnuts with icing sugar, matcha, use sprinkles or other toppings.
