Lauretta is a line of thermostable cream and fruit fillings.

To achieve the highest quality of our products, we have invested in a state-of–the-art technology. Recipes developed by our Research and Development Department together with experts from Italy guarantee excellent taste and full thermal stability.

Lauretta fillings are manufactured by Kandy, a Polish family business specializing in food processing since 1985.

Thermostable cream fillings

Professional, versatile fillings for all kinds of baked products. Thermostable fillings, used both inside and on top of a cake, retain their quality during baking in temperature of over 200°C within 15 minutes and also while freezing or defrosting. They can also be used after baking.

Extract: 56Bx. Water activity: 0,92.

Extract: 63Bx. Water activity: 0,86-0,87. Please ask about low water activity products (0,77).

with fruit pieces

Professional, versatile fillings for all kinds of baked products. Thermostable fillings, used both inside and on top of a cake, retain their quality during baking and also while freezing or defrosting, although their thermostability is lower than that of standard fruit fillings because of high content of fruit pieces. They can also be used after baking.

Extract: depends on product. Water activity: 0,95-0,98. They can be also used for ice-cream to mix with the white base to achieve fruit pieces in ready product.

Fruits in gel

These products are usually used by HORECA companies, like ice-cream and waffle vendors. Fruits are then used to put on the product and enhance its taste. They can also be used for confectionery products with none or light baking. Other fruits can be available if needed.
