Classic doughnut

Ingredients

2.8 kg of type-500 (strong) flour
0.8 kg of margarine, 80% fat
0.5 kg of eggs
0.4 kg of sugar
0.15 kg of yeast
0.04 kg of salt
1 litre of water

Preparation

Made using the traditional method. The weight of the test portion is 60 grams.
Fill the doughnuts with Lauretta chocolate cream filling. Optionally, you may sprinkle powdered sugar over them, or coat them with icing and sprinkle candied orange peel over them.
