200 g Lauretta orange flavoured filling
750 g semi-fat quark
400 g sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon wheat flour
1 spoon potato flour
The ingredients should be at room temperature. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, and stir until they blend together. Do not stir the ingredients for too long, to avoid aeration of the cheese.
Bake the cheesecake with steam for about 60 minutes, at 150 degrees C.
